(Tas, Dev) REDUCED to $400 Marmot Thor 2 Tent and Footprint

Tent has only been used 3 times (with groundsheet) and is as new condition. It is just 'too much' tent for my needs and is suited to Alpine winter campouts, high altitude walks and expeditions.
The footprint is new and unused.

Tent is valued at $1000 AUD and footprint $90.

Closer to a $600 tent if you buy it at a reasonable cost.
