(Altona,Vic) BioLite stove (w /faulty power unit)

Still getting rid of extra stuff that I don't use...
The Peltier generator in this BioLite does not work.
Possibly a faulty battery (LiIon) .
The stove itself is similar to other gasifying stoves , the Peltier unit apart from having a built in power generator (USB out) has a fan for the stove.
One could add a battery operated computer fan , similar to the Sierra Stove.
I have taken apart that orange box but I am no good at all with electronics.
The burner is 545g.
