FS [TAS, Hbt] Osprey isoform hipbelt large mens

I am selling a mens Osprey isoform hipbelt size large from an osprey aether pack (but fits other osprey packs too). This was too large for me so I had to go down a size.

Hipbelt is in excellent condition, only used once and has not been 'isoformed' or heated. Belts are original length and haven't been cut.

I am asking $20 (new they are around $45). Will post at buyers expense, otherwise pickup from Hobart, TAS.

I've no experience with Osprey
How solidly constructed are these hipbelts? Is is strong enough for a pulling harness for a sled?
If it is consider it sold if the Large will go around my waist 117cm over my sledding clothes
as it looks like I can easily modify to take the attachment points and Krabs
I'm assuming tho that I can easily remove that velcro in the small of the back
