I have a Strat 2 with the following extras -
+ Both summer and winter inners
+ Optional poles if you don't use trekking poles or want to leave tent up as a basecamp and use poles on a dayhike
+ 4 additional titanium stakes for optional tie-outs (additional wind/light snow support and to have doors tied back fully)
+ Tyvek groundsheet (optional)
+ Lawson glow-wire guylines
Has been used approx. 40 nights always with groundsheet, great condition.
All pegs included, 6 alloy and 4 titanium. Shipping $20. Weight is approx 1.5 kg depending on options. That's only 750g per person! I chose this tent with the following criteria in mind:
- Dry pitch in rain (fly first or leave the inner attached for all in one pitch, I usually do it this way)
- Dry entry/exit in rain, can leave doors open if rain is vertical
- Dual entry so no one is climbing over anyone else
- Inner only pitch in fine but buggy conditions
- Fly only pitch as a group shelter in rainy conditions (fits 4 sitting)
Retail around $770. Pics show setup with optional additional trekking poles (i.e. partner's ones) but these guys on the fly don't need to be used, they can also be tied to trees. They just provide extra support in windy, rainy or snowy conditions. I usually set it up with my trekking poles supporting the tent internally and leave the black poles at home.
Selling to fund gear purchases.
