In excellent condition S2S COMFORT PLUS large rectangular.
Has all extras. I will even throw in the homemade inflating bag and connector if someone wants it. It weighs about 25 grams.

Used twice and neither time inflated by mouth, but by putting a bit of soft hose as a male connection which fits into the female connection on mat and using the air within the bag to inflate. Easy and no breath in mat! Roughly as per link below on youtube.
