Double walled solo tent, with solid inner. Professionally seam sealed, includes tyvek groundsheet and crossing pole for free-standing option with increased snow-load capacity etc. Catch and release. Put up twice on the carpet in the garage with the groundsheet. Too similar to what I already have, but it's taken me 6 months to decide. Used one night by previous owner.

This is obviously not the new 2019 version that's now on the website. But this version has still been a popular tent, is substantially cheaper, and is available now.
