Once an item is sold, found or thread is no longer needed we move it here. These maybe helpful for historic reasons.

The older model using galvanised wire but still serviceable, rewiring with Stainless steel wire would save a few grams
No longer needed
It is an older unit but they do last well, 610 grams on my scales and personal opinion I think they work better than snow stakes as climbing anchors but only when used in pairs, these were mainly used as anchors for the big winter tents so never taken a climbing fall
Asking $50- plus postage for the pair which I think is a fair price, current retail is $48- each
I'm moving on all of my winter and climbing gear so keep your eyes open as my crampons etc will gradually get listed
