I found a camera yesterday at Bluff River Gorge. The owner took this photo. If you know them send me a PM.
Cheers,

Nice one! Surely that photo has got to identify the owners.

LOL- this photo has the makings of a fine short story, or even a novel....
The Tale of the Vanished Photographer
Have you called the Gorge admin and told them?

They certainly are. This place is well worth a visit, especially at this time of year when a lot of other locations are not exactly weather friendly.

I was taking a tour at Port Arthur today. I may have recognized them at the visitors centre. They may have been part of a tour - Under Down Under and Grays 'Experience Tasmania' were there also! I will send them an e-mail with the link to this topic!

It was actually left there on Sat 5th of June, so by the sounds of it the pretty little pink camera didnt spend long in the elements. Good to know that honesty still exists in the community

I was thinking of this post yesterday when a friend discovered he had left his camera up the top of Eskdale Spur on Mt Bogong. A quick jog, sans-pack, back up followed by a run down to Mitchell Hut rectified the issue. It was the second lost camera in a week: I saw a action-cam fall off the front of a kayak on Thursday, but it was gone for good.
I suspect that I'm one of a very select few to have ascended both Eskdale and Staircase Spurs in the same overnighter!!

The camera has been officially reunited with its owner today. Many thanks to those who helped tee things up.
Cheers,
