This is a high performance, waterproof and breathable trail running, adventure racing, walking shoe with high levels of comfort and performance.

Features:
* Meta-Flex - this shoe incorporates a meta-flex groove which is anatomically aligned in front of the metatarsal heads to provide a natural fore foot flex and protection.
* Met Cradle - The upper webbing support in this shoe is anatomically positioned to cradle the fore foot behind the metatarsal heads and provide a secure foot hold.
* Terra Shank - Polymer shank positioned behind the metatarsal heads providing underfoot protection.
* Mid Level Cushioning - Usually used for training.
* Sticky Rubber Compound - This has been specially developed using climbing rubber technology. This rubber optimizes grip in wet conditions, however the trade off is it wears down quicker.
* Weight - 345g

This trail shoe is ideal for off-road mixed terrain in muddy and wet conditions.

Note: I bought these hoping they would offer a goretex version of the Womens Inov Roclite 268, unfortunately the heel is too wide for me. I LOVE the Women's version of the shoe.
