For a cheap boot look at Field and Trek in the Uk they have shoes on sale at the moment. Bit of an investment go for the spirit goretex shoes by Zamberlan at Mainpeak (theyre 40% off).

I have a pair of vasque sundowner leather gortex lined boots she can have in that size. They were my friends. She bought them for an overseas trip so whilst the leather is a little scuffed the soles are in great nic. She gave them to me as she didnt plan on wearing them again (and me being a hiker). However I've never worn them as i have my favourites. PM me your address and ill post them your way if you'd like them.
