Hi all, well Mr Wombat is fast turning into the muddle headed wombat
![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)
. I was on Mt Murchison yesterday and was so busy taking scenic shots of mist rolling around the summit I left my prescription sunglasses somewhere around the base of the trig/summit cairn. It was misty as I walked down so did not miss them. I realised where they were when I got back to the car but not enough time to go back up. If anyone is heading up that way in the near future would you mind seeing if you can find them. I don't have time to get back to that part of the world anytime in the next month. Happy to pay a finders fee

Might pay to give the Parks office in Queenstown a call, leave your details in case someone hands them in.
Is there a logbook / did u leave a note at logbook?
Good luck.

I was up last weekend, though due to the weather we couldn't be bothered with the Murchy summit again, so did a very wet and windy Mr Farrell and stayed the night at Lake Sandra before heading out once the hale abated
