[FS Sydney] Alpacka Packraft SOLD

I'm selling my Alpacka Unrigged explorer which I bought here second hand. I've used in on a few times on flatwater and one whitewater trip. Alpacka make durable inflatable boats that are designed to be rolled up and carried with your backpack. There is nothing wrong with the boat, I have instead picked up an Alpacka which is a better size for me and also has a spray skirt for whitewater usage.

Included with the boat is: Stuff sack, repair kit, packattach system, inflation bag and sea anchor. The boat for sale is the closest in the picture. Price $550 posted anywhere in Oz.

This boat will suit a taller person who is after an alternative method of back country travel, or anyone who just wants to try packrafting ! The Unrigged Explorer weighs 2.6kg but is a tough boat that can handle up to Class III / IV rapids.

There are a few areas on the boat where it has been patched – apart from that it's in good condition.

Does the boat come with the seat as seen in the photo?

I'm not able to send you a PM, but I'd love to see some more pics of the raft, especially the areas that have been patched. A PM with pics, or posted here would be great!

I have a Lama and have been trying to get a mate of mine into an alpacks for ages, and this might fit the bill perfectly.

Yep sure does - I should have explained the seat is included as I remember now the Alpacka website description makes it look pretty threadbare...

Thanks Dale, very interested in seeing the patch work as well. Taken pretty much all day to get in-contact with you (being new to the forum and all)

OK here are pictures of the patchwork. All courtesy of the boat's former owner Steve who did a great job. I have forgotten about the patches as the boat has performed flawlessly. I've taken it through a couple of days of whitewater and bounced and scraped off every available rock and the raft didn't even blemish.
