Finally faced up to the fact that I am never going to be able to afford to go to the Antarctic or the High Arctic.
Therefore I am going to sell this length of medium weight Ventile.
I'm offering it here for a discount before I send it to eBay
This is woven on the old looms 36 inches wide ( 920mm)
I have 7.5 meters. Just enough to make an XL parka with a double layer in the hood and body.
200GSM fabric L24
Total weight 1465 grams

I knew it was a bit of "Old school" for this forum; I sent it to ebay
If it doesn't sell I'll have my beloved make me a trench coat or wind shirt
800 pages views in 30 hours tho, I found out that the current cost is UKP 38- per meter or $58- AUD Half that for Wholesale That's 30,000 dollars to start sewing by a manufacturer
