This Macpac Cascade Size 2 Backpack is an original canvas, made in NZ before Macpac moved their manufacturing offshore. This would be brilliant for a bushwalker just starting out, or for someone who wants a second pack that can get down and dirty and still hold its own.
I've had brand new shoulder straps custom made from the good folk in Melbourne who do Macpac repairs and they've only done 20km (last week on the overland track).
