Selling a few items to help pay for an upcoming trip :)
Please add postage to each item...
Can supply more pictures if required

1) MLD Cuben Fiber DuoMid
http://www.mountainlaureldesigns.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=47&products_id=105

I bought this off NinjaPuppet from here in July 2011. Has been seamsealed by him and is the best shelter I've ever owned. I've pretty much bought a slightly larger version of a very similar product to replace it.

New cost is $415(US) plus 12 weeks build time. I'm looking for $300. SOLD

2)Zpacks Cuben Fibre Hexamid Solo Tent
Purchased used in October 2011, only used a couple of times, excellent tent.
Different colour than the current model and a different door, can see a picture of this model here (Zpacks photo)
http://www.zpacks.com/large_image.shtml?shelter/hexamid/grn_hexamid_joe_l.jpg

Looking for $200

3) Javan Dempsey custom made -7c ultralight down quilt
I had this made by Javan (expert quilt maker in US) in November 2010 and it has been excellent. Have always worn a base layer when using this quilt and is stored uncompressed. No marks, rips or blemishes.
Length of quilt is 72"- I'm just over 6 feet tall and it's perfect. Total weight is 530 grams. 2.5" loft (single layer)

I paid $465 for this, looking for $300 SOLD

4) Exped Synmat UL7

Purchase in April 2011, no leaks or marks, size medium
470 grams, R-Value of 3.1, strong material

$90 SOLD

4) Mountain Designs Reactor down jacket
Size large, maybe a slightly different design than the current model. Had for a few years now. Comes with stuff sack. Very warm but not UL
http://www.mountaindesigns.com/store/categories/products/130014/md-reactor-13-jkt-m
$75 SOLD

5) Blackrock Down Hat
http://www.blackrockgear.com/buy.html
Purchased this in September 2010, very good condition, size medium
$40

6) Backpacking Light Cocoon Insulated Hoody
http://letsgetoutdoors.blogspot.com.au/2010/09/201011-backpacking-light-cocoon.html

7) Montbell Ex-Light Down Jacket
http://www.montbell.us/products/disp.php?p_id=2301344
Size large, extremely UL, very dark blue colour
$100- SOLD

8 ) Mountain Designs Photon waterproof breathable pants
Size large, only worn twice. Very good condition
$50

Quilt sold to icefest (pending payment)

Surprised to see the DuoMid hasn't been bought yet- have had 2 offers from US already but easier to send it within Australia if possible!

Edit: Also the ZPacks Hexamid does have full bug netting including floor, the picture shows it with the netting door open

You have no idea how tempted I am by the Hexamid, I'm just worried that it'll be too short.

I just think that I'll go for the hexamid long with beak.

Even if i have to wait for it to be sent from the US.

Hexamid long is a good option. Joe from Zpacks is awesome to deal with, shoot him an email if you have any queries :)

Just thought I'd shout out to any ultralighters or wanna be ultralighters that either of the shelters or the quilt would be great options.
Gees if I didn't have a hexamid and similar quilt's I'd be all over this. The prices are very fair and no wait time !!
I'm tempeted on the Duomid but right now I have neither the funds nor the usage. But it wold be a sweet shelter.

That BPL hoodie would be a great thing to own too. They don't make them anymore and the closest thing now on the market is heavier by a decent percentage. Again if I didn't have a fetish and had less synthetic and down gear I'd buy this one myself. Even typing this I'm trying to conjure uses for it in my kit.....must resist.
A hoodie like this would be an excellent addition to most peoples kit for our wetter climate, UL or not.
I am a GEAR JUNKIE and GRAM COUNTER !!

There, It's out. I said it, Ahh I feel better now

Thanks forest, yes there is some good gear there and I do think the prices are quite reasonable, I'm off on a 5 week hike on the 3rd of August so trying to get everything finished up before then!

BPL synthetic cocoon hoodie is really great it's just slightly too small for me otherwise I'd keep it :( I also have a BPL synthetic cocoon quilt from the last batch but I think I will most likely hang on to that one it's awesome

Interested in the cocoon hoodie, just need to confirm it will fit.
http://www.backpackinglight.com/cgi-bin ... chart.html

Most of those measurements look ok for me, but the chest doesn't make sense. I'm 42in....107 cm snug chest measurement
I'm 6ft 1in slim with longish arms.
If you reckon it will fit, I think we can do business

Not sure on chest measurement but otherwise I'm also around that height with long arms. For me it's (only just) slightly too small, I suspect it may be the same for you...

Just wondering what the Duomid inner is in the second photo? Is it included in the sale? Cheers.

Certainly have had a lot of interest in the inner!

It's not included in the price as it cost me over US$200 to have made. But make an offer if you like- it's a Bearpawwd pyranet 1, extended 96" length, .74oz cuben fiber for the floor and 3 sides of the inner are 10" of .54oz cuben fibre for a huge bathtub floor

http://www.bearpawwd.com/shelters_floors/pyraNet1.html

Edit: It's a bit like this one but with .51oz cuben fiber on the 3 sides instead of silnylon...

Many thanks - lol it's so light!
With the Hyperlite Echo II we already have, that's got all four of us kitted out with cuben tents, and a couple of different bug options.
We can learn a lot from crayons. They come in different shapes and colours, but they all have to live in the same box
