Not too big, an old fashioned 10 X 12 with two center poles is what I am after but the tent I just missed out on on eBay was 8 X 8
Open to a payment plan tho or swap for other stuff

yeah Sibley design is a good one, but you know I have a limited budget. Also a wall tent gives me a better option for the wood stove.

This coming winter trip sounds big MD if your bringing a wood stove along.

I have a seasons lift ticket for 2014 so I'll be up for quite while, hence the need for a large space to dry out the gear and stay warm

I think I may have found my tent
I need to raise $1000- to buy it so I am contemplating selling a couple of items of gear to help fund.
I need to know what my J&H Ultra would be worth S/H to members and whether or not it will sell. It is a very specialised sleeping bag and won't suit every one

Not sure exactly what type of tent you are after but $1000 seems a lot, maybe something like this..

Those are simply not strong enough for where I'll be camping. The $1000- is for both tents plus my fuel to collect them
