The ultralight hard anondized 1 litre saucepan has even more resistance to scratching and wear due to the new ultralight aluminium, and the hard anondizing is a surface treatment that also improves corrosion resistance.
The treatment also makes the saucepans easier to clean than untreated saucepans. Giving a 40 micrometre thick coat, hard anondizing leaves a surface that is one of the market's hardest. For the 27 series.
New hard anodized cookware uses Trangia's new ultralight aluminum alloy for over 20% weight savings plus the benefits of hard anodization. Hard anodized pots are non-stick while being extremely durable. Of course the quality of Trangia cookware is second to none.
