I have a couple of newer, lighter and warmer bags so this one has been sitting unused in my cupboard for a while. I figured it might as well get used by someone even as a spare or car camping bag - due to the weight, unless there are any masochists out there, I think it weighs around 2.4kg. I apologise to any SUL hikers out there who just read that and it suddenly feels like your head is going to explode...

Unlike my newer bags this one is unbelievably solid, I'm not sure what material is used but it's robust, as are the zips etc. The inside also has heavier material at the foot end for extra protection.

asking $100 posted or make an offer

- Ex Australian Defence Force issue
- Semi rectangular shape
- Manufactured by Sunshine Ellis fairy down NZ
- Dacron Quallofil 7 insulation
- It's the cold weather bag with zipper baffle (I've used it well into the subzero's and only experienced a cold nose)
- comes with original compression sack
- Good condition (the zip works fine and as far as I can see there is only one loose thread)
- Approx dimensions are 215x75x55cm (I'm 5'10" and it fits me with plenty of wriggle room)
