I've had this tent for about 2 years, It's a great 4 season tent, however I've upgraded to a Tarptent about a year ago so this no longer see's any use, so I'd rather pass it on to someone who'll use it
By my scales, the tent comes in at 1475 grams, including the inner, outer, poles, stakes and tyvek groundsheet. It requires two hiking poles to set up.
The fly can detach from the outer, I only used it this way once (in the snow).

This is the older single-entrance model, I believe there is a more recent revision with two entrances.

Just out of interest how much does the fly alone weigh?
I do need an UL winter emergency shelter

From memory the fly was around 600 grams, + around 200 grams for the poles.

I'll talk to the Boss as I always have the skis with me in winter when day touring
