Wanted: old sleeping mat, any condition

I'm after a full length sleeping mat that's no longer in working condition. It can have holes or tears, delaminated, stained, whatever. What I need is a long mat, with a little bit of padding, and most importantly a slippery surface. You know those mats that you slide off if you're on the slightest slope? That would be just perfect for my needs. I'm based in the south of Tas.
I'll be putting it in the back of my mini-van to assist with loading an item that wins the quinella for being heavy, large, awkwardly shaped, delicate and expensive.
I'm also hoping for a bit of entertaining banter/conjecture about what I may be loading into the van. Sally forth!

I have the perfect surface here for you
Heavy duty waterproof barrier for cement sheet walls
reinforced polyethylene very tough and slippery
Post will be a killer tho, might cost as much as $18-
I was thinking you needed to load a full body bag

Kmart has closed cell foam mats for $5. I reckon you've stolen a Huon pine log from somewhere.

Thanks for the idea Moondog. I'm hoping someone thinks of their old clapped-out mat and decides giving it away makes more sense than repairing it. The latter is often found to be ineffectual in circumstances where it causes most inconvenience.
Full body bag - nup, that's supplied where I work. I want the mat for non-work purposes.
Huon pine log - nup, though wood is getting closer.

Old beat up canoe?
Road kill?
Although I just use garbage bags for road kill.

I used to have a girl friend like that, but she made me laugh so I kept her

Used to have? So she ended up dumping you? Or she is now your wife? Or she is no longer large, heavy etc?
I have this item because it gives me, and sometimes others (sometimes dozens at a time, more often just a few friends), great pleasure. Thus canoe and roadkill excluded.

Well dozens of friends rules out a normal bed and a Honeymoon bed will not fit in a standard van so that's out.
Big wooden dining table for eating and talking around?
Yes I married her, still delicate and expensive tho, she still makes me laugh too

Not a piano. Getting warmer.
Not a coffin. Not required, as also supplied at my work.

I'd suggest any somewhat slippery surface that could be fixed down to the floor of the van would do fine.
Also need a relatively low friction surface for the thing you're shifting. If it has legs, Ikea sells adhesive felt patches for furniture that should work a treat.
Grease the surface in the van with a combination of beeswax and carnauba wax. I have skated things weighing in the tens of tonnes around on this combination of wax, and the surfaces haven't always been terribly low friction. Works really well. High pressure grease works better but the cleanup is hell.

... our just use any solid wax polish rich in carnauba, like a lot of car polishes or some carpenter's waxes.

You are a mortuary attendant or an undertaker?
Pathologist?
Grave robber??

I'm not a grave robber etc. Though grave robbers were used in my workplace in the 1800's.
It's not a roulette wheel, pool table or dining table. All guesses do fit the criteria, always interesting to see what others come up with.
I'm after an old sleeping mat as it can be rolled up and taken away for those time when I don't want things to slide, like the drinks eskies.
The item has feet but not legs, but is not loaded on them as it's too tall.

Thanks all for providing some entertainment.
Now, back to the serious business of finding an old, clapped-out slippery mat - can anyone help with this query please? I'm hoping for a freebie, and I'm based in southern Tas and will be up north and north-west in the next few weeks

But Myrtlegirl, you still havent told us what line of work you are in, where coffins are office supplies and grave robbers are workmates. Kitty

Good guess!
It's not musical theatre, but I'm lucky enough to work with fun people in an 'office' which could pass for musical theatre on ocassion. At after-work drinks, especially.
