As new in every way. Used for only a few nights by a solo occupant (me).

Bought is search of the elusive free lunch of floor space, robustness and light weight relative to the floorspace. An additional 100mm of headroom over much of the opposition is another advantage. It is a tad heavier than the claimed weight (surprise,surprise)

It ticks all those boxes, but has been unable to shake my affection for my sometimes cramped little Akto, or my untested Minaret, so it may as well be enjoyed by a new owner. A perfect opportunity for some one to be a beneficiary of my "buy and try" complex.

I have no idea what current price is, if you can find one, but I think I paid around A$700 plus shipping and plus footprint.

The website has better photos than I can take, and I do not have P/B. I do have one good photo of the erected tent and can email it to any serious enquirer. Inspection may be able to be arranged for anyone in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

This is a good tent for a taller person.
Big enough for two comfortably
and one luxuriously for long wet cold trips.
Its a 3 &1/2 season design, its Norwegian afterall but ventilates well for summer.
I use mine mostly on the Central plateau in Tasmania.
Plenty of snow and wind, its stood up (just) in up to 80km/hr gusts
but I would not use it in very exposed high settings.
Very well made, light for the space but has a large footprint
and not a bomber alpine tent.

Approx half replacement cost, and it's rather difficult to get one.

I think these are now available in Aus, at over A$700.

That surely makes $475 something of a bargain ? If anyone wants to make me a non insulting offer, I'm happy to think about it
