EOI: Sale of a Luxe Hex Peak

as per previous posts I am currently clearing out some gear and and thinking about selling a Luxe Hex Peak tent with solo inner.
Tent has been used (outer only) on one trip of 5 days and comfortably slept me and a mate without the inner with plenty of room for gear also. Outer has been seam sealed prior to use and inner is brand new and only been set up on my lawn to look at. Outer is in excellent condition also. Also included would be the added Luxe tarp pole which is suited to this shelter and was purchased separately for $50 plus post from NZ.
Current replacement value of tent and pole is $400+.
Would consider selling if interested buyer or would also consider swapping for something of similar value such as a tarp tent or similar shelter if I don't have it already....
