Who is keen on winter trips?!
I have a 900 loft water resistant goose down -12 C (10 deg F) double/twin green quilt for sale for $490 AU. These retail new for US$650 (approx. AU$873) although currently they are unavailable according to Z Packs website: http://zpacks.com/quilts/twinquilt.shtml
It is in excellent condition, is ridiculously light for its warmth factor and has been used less than 25 nights. This model is the warmest and longest version that Z Packs sells at 6 foot 6 inch. Perfect for Tassie conditions outside of summer! The double quilt weighs 1030g (on my kitchen scales) with its cuben fiber stuff sack weighing another 30g. It has been stored either hanging in a cupboard fully lofted or lofted in an XXL cotton sack under a bed. Selling because 1) I have too many sleeping bags 2) I love my single quilt by Undercling Mike whilst my wife prefers a sleeping bag. We have used it in the snow under a mid several times and it has been excellent. That said I personally think Z Packs 10 F /-12 C is overstated and that a more realistic rating would be -7 C or so (i.e. I was initially worried that it would be too warm for Australian conditions however it is perfect for Tasmanian conditions and the Vic/NSW high country).
Can send via registered mail through Australia Post at buyers expense. Happy for Hobartians to view it prior to purchasing.
