Brand new, unworn, bought at Aldi but I’m too big for them. (I’m a medium but they’d sold out and I hoped small could work but nope they are a true size small.)

Take it back with the receipt to Aldi any time in the next 60 days and get your $30 back..
Note - always:
try new clothing on while wearing underwear
wash new clothing .. once your happy with it
