Hi,
I left my blue Arcteryx Alpha FL Goretex jacket (men's size Large) hanging in the coat room of the new Tahune hut yesterday, Friday Feb 1st. Any help would be very much appreciated. Stu B.

PWS ranger has found it for me, lucky. Usually diligent, huts make me lazy :-/

I'd agree with that; I need to do at least 2 "Stupid Checks" when I use a hut when usually one suffices.

I bought a bright ugly orange towel. 'Never loose that' I though. Wrong. There is a hotel in Moscow with the same coloured chair. I left my towel draped on it... after doing my 'stupid checks'.

Tents are much better. I wrap my forgotten stuff in them .. I don't leave stuff outside. Found my glasses in there one time after packing up, so the tent was packed and unpacked twice that day.

Lost track of the number of times I've done that with sunnies - which often don''t survive. Finally learnt to stow them differently the night before (most of the time).
