Lightly used, mainly my eldest sons tent.

In excellent condition, no rips, tears etc. Seams in as new condition.

Comes with footprint that so you can set the fly up seperately to the inner and easily fit two people and gear under it.

Mtn Glo Technology (LED lights sewn into seams) .Yes, gimmicky, but having said that is a nice ambient light and nicer than headlamp if you are inclined to read and are not gram obsessed.

It is listed on gumtree for a different price, but happy to do $170 incl. postage in Australia to a forum member.

This is an awesome tent and that is a great price. I have the Rattlesnake SL2 and love it for 2 people. One of the best things about this over a couple of the other lighter weight Big Agnes tents is that its longer, so good for tall people and large mats. Also its more durable and there is more privacy due to thicker fly material.
Good opportunity to get a great tent as the Rattlesnake has been discontinued.

EDIT -MsMudd - I have just spoken with my sister in law about this and she is looking at it now, could you hang on to it for about half a day for us? I'll get back to you ASAP.

No problems at all It is safely sat on my chest of drawers in my bedroom and shall remain there until I hear from you.

It is a great tent, it feels a lot more substantial than the Copper Spur, but is less popular as it weighs more. I bought it for myself after having a few too many nights in my single-walled solo shelter where I couldn't roll over without touching the sides- I wanted something that I didn't feel claustrophobic in and this tent was 'nice' to live with. I have flipped flopped back to wanting to aim a bit more toward soft core ultralight and have other tents my son can use as I am about to purchase another for myself. I still have the original invoice somewhere in my email too in case your sister in law purchases and wants to retain it if any issue should ever arise.

That is EXACTLY what I am going to (if I am quick enough off the mark with the last release!) going to get. I have mulled it over and to'ed and fro'ed a great deal, I should have got in on the original drop. The XMid looks like it should deliver what I am seeking with a weight and price that I am happy with. I am sticking with the one in, one out rule by selling the Rattlesnake. In retrospect maybe I should have asked more for it, but never mind, it was not giving me any funds sitting at my son's house!

If dagsands SIL doesn't want it can you let me know please? Keen to replace my aging seedhouse and reading by those lights at night would be an added bonus.

Dagsands SIL didn't get back to her the other night, so another forum member has said they would like it and are intending to pay tomorrow.

Yes, the light is something I was a bit skeptical about, didn't think it would get used, but it is nice to read/rummage through your gear by.
