This shelter is as new and only been used for 2 nights. It comes with all guy lines attached (plenty of length), fully seam sealed and with 5x Easton 9 inch pegs.
It also comes with a custom Bear Paw designs pyranet 1 with 10" cuben fibre side extensions and T door zipper:
