fastening. The two way front zip is covered by two flaps with velcro fastening to
eliminate drafts and it extends under the neck for complete protection. The
cuffs have tabs with velcro fastening.The peaked hood is fully adjustable.
The seams are sealed with no lifting in the seam sealing tape.
The jacket is used but in good condition with no holes or tears, a few marks
from usage which should wash out but it's generally clean.
