Checking if someone might have some old flexible poles sitting around that they're looking to part with? I can only seem to find fibreglass or shady Chinese poles on AliExpress for any sort of sensible price.

Not fussed about length as it's for a bike project that just needs some poles to support a canopy and I'll cut them to length.

Strength>lightness for this one too!

I have some spare DAC UL green somewhere and some other bits Are you in a hurry as I am less organised than usual with the shed rebuild

Hey Moondog, where did you get your DAC poles? I just emailed them directly yesterday to see if they sell direct to customer (from what I see on the website, I doubt it).. I’m figuring out whether to go trekking poles or tent poles for my X-Mid 2 .. typically, I haven’t been a trekking pole user so wondering if buying tent poles would make more sense .. weighing up cost/weight/practicality at the moment and trying to find the happy medium. Would probably go the trekking pole route as then they are there if needed, but seem to be so expensive for anything lightweight.

No particular hurry, it'll take me a couple of weeks to get the other parts of the project sorted anyway. Roughly how long it is (or which tent did it come from and I'll figure it out!)?

I'll have to find it but about 2700 long in 450 or 480mm sections, plus I have bits and pieces. They would probably fit in a tube mailer for $18-

Sounds absolutely perfect - fairly sure I'm after 2* ~900-1000mm lengths based on the mock-up I put together last weekend.

Be fantastic if you could should out either if you find it, or if the shed looks like it's going to win the war and you're waving the white flag looking for it.
