I need to go up a size / size and a half so I can wear proper winter socks now my feet have moved again.
These are an excellent winter boots and take all and any type of crampon. Some minor wear on the sole but not much on the leather as these have been used all the time with Berghaus supergaiters. A small patch on the inside of one boot due to an unfortunate incident with a small rodent in one of the less visited huts. Rodent was evicted before too much damage was done and the patch has been there for over a dozen years and no problem at all.
These have been heavily treated with Nikwax.
Sad to move them on as they have lots of life left in them and the replacements are over $550-.
Feel free to make an offer but lowballs won't cut it, thinking $300- as is but including postage.
My only reason for selling is that me feets have stretched
