I have a 3 bedroom weatherboard house for long term rent in Devonport, $230 a week, near Fourways. Good tenants needed!

I thought about trying to sell my cafe on here too
I think you just need to add "suitable for people who enjoy bushwalking." And you should be sweet.

If Nik can try to sell a car here (and others) surely renting a house or selling a cafe is ok...
