Good Evening All

I have for auction a MHW sky ledge 2.1 that I purchased at the start of the year from campsaver.com and have only set it up twice. It is brand new (tags still attached), pitched in backyard once, but never used. Pitched once for an overnighter at Walls of Jerusalem NP and used with the footprint.

Includes genuine Footprint (added FREE). Superlight option: pitch with fly and durable Spun-bonded Olefin Pitch Light footprint to shave ounces. The footprint is a little dirty but in excellent condition. It was very useful on damp/wet ground.

Great tent for weight conscious trekkers for 3 season use. I found it a little too small for what my needs are. Grab yourself a bargain.

Pros: Lightweight; double-wall design effectively keeps all elements out; sturdy materials and structure.

This tent retails at paddy pallin for $799rrp..$679 on sale

Yes, I know, that is exactly what I did from campsaver.com. But if you throw in the foot print and shipping from the US you are looking $410US. My reserve is $280 only because it is brand new tags still attached; only used once. You are essentially getting a new tent for low cost, plus you have no shipping costs to worry about. It is already in Australia which is a big plus for some people.

I just found this tent a little too small, I like my Nallo2 better. It’s still a bargain whichever way you look at it. Paddy Pallin has them for $679 with no footprint.

Thanks for your interest, greatly appreciate the feedback

Cheers

They are great tents, definately cosy for 2, but for the weight, it is pretty good. If I had some $$$ I'd buy it off you, but I just spent my pennies on a sleeping bag and pack! Hillebergs are great tents.
