The missus said out it goes! So I have just put a few goodies up on eBay - all in good condition.

She still wants more of the cupboard back so I some more tears and hard decisions to come - at least it help pay for new toys!

I am sure it would be passed in at auction but it is a really good place to live with great access to many walking areas while having a plenty of good jobs, easy commuting etc.
