Not sure what to think about this. Nice area, but hard to see how it would be "one of the best". Shouldn't pre-judge I guess...

It's not far out of Queenstown on the Glenorchy side, I reckon it would probably work.
I wonder if you could tie into Ben Lomond in some way, that would make it even better.
