NZ topo maps for garmin

AndrewP has been producing contour maps (Aus, state by state) for use in Garmin GPS for quite some time - now he's added New Zealand North & South Island maps to the list.

For NZ, the hydro, contours, forest, scrub, scree and shingle data are from LINZ and all other data are from OSM.
