Transport needed from Launceston to Mt Cradle, Dec 25 2016

Hi,
I am doing overland track, departure date Dec 25, 2016 (I know but it's the final slot I can get during my stay).
Was wondering if anyone can help with a ride from Lanuceston to Cradle Mountain's service center......
Will pay for it or share the cost with a group with an extra seat.
