The photos were all taken on the same morning of Monday, 14 September 2009. They clearly show how drastically conditions can change as you ascend the Acropolis from the relative safety of Pine Valley. No wonder there is a warning written in various languages about how there has been four deaths in the area in recent years.

At top of range I was unable proceed further due deep snowfall – it was actually snowing as the photos were being taken.
