Image must be at least 2000 in at least one dimension
According to rules
"Photos must be at least 2000 pixels on their longest dimension".
Resizing to meet that requirement depends on what platform you are using.
In my case I mainly transfer photos from camera to Windows 10 PC and use either inbuilt utilities or a photo processing app.
Plenty of free apps around for basic stuff like resizing, cropping and so on, but also The GIMP is a very good free alternative to things like Photoshop.
It has a lot of sophisticated features that I am never likely to use, but it's easy enough to use the basic functions.
If photos are on your phone there is usually an inbuilt photo processing app that will resize.
Otherwise free apps can be installed from Google Play or App Store, depending on your device.
Look for those that have excellent reviews and avoid any that contain ads etc, HTH.
