Lake Pedder

Postby Pedro » Wed 13 Oct, 2010 12:04 pm

Been sailing, not walking for the last 6 months, so no pics myself. Just passed through Sydney on our way back from New Caledonia and called into the Museum of Contemporary Art near Circular Quay. They are running a show called IN THE BALANCE: ART FOR A CHANGING WORLD until the end of October. It includes a stunning slideshow of Olegas Truchanas pictures of the original Lake Pedder. If you are in Sydney over the next few weeks, it is really worth a visit. Details at: http://www.mca.com.au/default.asp?page_id=10&content_id=7358

Thanks for that. Thought I replied but must have missed the right button.
I'm a big Olegas fan. I found his book from a couple of decades ago inspiring.
Cheers.
