Overland track in Spring

Last October I was lucky enough to spend a magical week on the Overland track with some good friends. We were blessed with some truely fanstastic weather. The highlights of the walk would have to be waking to a snowy morning at Windermere, the sun arriving for the first time at New Pelion and spending an hour atop Mt Pelion East in the sun without a breath of wind.

truly magnificent - thanks for posting.
looks like a typical contrast of Tasy's seasonal weather.

Those shots of Oakleigh are one of, if not my favourite, bushwalking vista experiences.
Its such an idylliic area.

Yes, truely remarkable weather. I'd have to agree with you regarding Oakleigh too.

Nice work, sounds like it was a great mix of weather! I particularly love the shot of Oakleigh with the fagus and the mist.
