Fungi with Macro - images [Split topic]

Bushwalking pictures.
Forum rules
Please keep the width of embedded images (using [img] [/img] tags) in this forum to no more than 800 pixels wide (this will avoid them being clipped without notice by most users' window sizes). I dont have many mushie shots, I guess im not much of a funguy (fungai)... yes yes Dad joke I know....
Here is one I got a few years back on one of my trips up the Snowy range.

As I want somewhere to put some funghi macro's this is obvious. These images are not necessarily recent, and some are from my original digi. Its about 10yrs old now

Don't know what this thing is called but there were several and were huge.
The tape is open to 540mm so gives a sense of size.

And this puffball. There were literally hundreds of these and the lady on the farm ate them!!

They are obviously paddock variety - not in bushland
Not sure if we are supposed to be keeping to native bush types? Fungi with Macro?? :lol:

All of these are from Mount Wellington except for the last which was Crabtree Rivulet. If you could help me identify them that would be great.

Can't help identify them but nice shots, excellent depth of field in them. Are they stacked or single shots?
If common sense is so common, why don't you see more of it?

We had one of those in our garden once and then I was walking in Jarvis Bay Botanical gardens and they had a pic of it on the info board. I've got the pic with the name somewhere...amazing things - like something from a sci-fi movie.
