Tyvek for sale by the metre

Hey Guys

Going to apologise to lady McGuyver. But I have some Tyvek to get rid of. I have made a few things out of the stuff and I have 60m left from a 100m roll. The roll is exactly 3metres wide. As my partner is a builder he got me the biggest roll possible thinking it would make me happy for the projects I planned to use it for. Only so many tarps, tents, bivy bags and ground mats can be made for the family. Didn't know what to do with the left over stuff, was contemplating wrapping my house with it like a present to say thank you and seeing my partners reaction when he got home but the stuff is so loud I think I would be deaf at the end of that exercise.

So up for grabs is 60m of Tyvek by 3m wide. $8 per metre plus what ever the postage would be. Just PM me. Lady Mcguyver, next time I promise I will come buy from you so I don't land up with a huge roll of it stuck across my lounge room floor. (can't even stand this stuff up in the corner its taller then my roof.)

Hi Shordy,
we are leaving for a couple of long walks in three weeks time. ( 200 km of the northern Camino in spain and then the Kungsleden, another nearly 200 km, in Sweden in the arctic circle ).I love walking but I prefer to keep the pack as light as possible!
We have been trying to access some Tyvek for light weight groundsheet. Alas, there is a dearth of the stuff in Melbourne at present but the very helpful man at Mitchells camping in the city suggested we try this site.
Is it possible to get 4 x 3 metres posted to Melbourne?
