Leasing Jenolan Caves.

Postby colinm » Sat 29 Jun, 2013 12:37 pm

This could conceivably have some impact on people doing the six foot track, I don't know, but think it's worth giving a heads-up in case anyone is interested/cares.

A unique opportunity to lease all or some of the buildings within the Jenolan Precinct, and/or operate the caves tour business. Invitation to parties interested in an opportunity to acquire (i) long term leases(s) for all or parts of the site; and/or (ii) long term operating licence for the caves tour operations.

Hey, perhaps they can set up caves house as a hunting lodge!

Interesting, seeing that Caves House is already leased to a private company.

One would presume they are allowed to lease it out more than once.

Cave House is termite infested, as discovered during a dinner in their restaurant. The number of termites flying around was incredible, made the dinner completely inedible. There was absolutely nothing the waiters and manager could do and we scrambled out of there...
Just move it!
