Just for info. - for any Melbournians - yesterday I discovered a new (standalone) IceBreaker store in Doncaster Westfield apparently been open about 6weeks.
Staff really friendly and helpful (Matt and Leo) and are actually outdoors people. I bought myself a Christmas present - a long sleeved 260 merino base layer with half zip.
