Pretty much in as-new condition. Had it about 2 months, decided I'm happy to get something a bit smaller to save a few ounces.
Not that it's heavy, I'm just obsessive. It's about 200g ish with batteries in it.
It's bright. Had a nice combined spot-and-flood beam, will pick up critters from 100m. Doubles as a headlight for night riding. Runs on 3 AAA instead of two, so it's got decent battery life. Good head-harness, easy to forget you're wearing it. Also has a redlight.
Going for $90 ish on ebay, I'll do $70 pp.? Or throw me an offer.
