DIY Fancy Feast 'Fancee Feest' Stove Build

From the reader comments -> the wick material is cut from a $10 fire blanket from the hardware store.

It works well, i made use of the bottom section of the bottle...rounded, sturdier & no thin edges.

Where do you get the Redbull bottle from? Can't think of seeing one anywhere. Servos?

Oh & don't forget to make those holes at the top...otherwise the stove pressurises
& blows your pot & liquid into the air. :roll: :oops: :lol:

I'll remember the holes, I've set myself on fire with a metho stove as a teenager. I'm careful not to do it again :D.

....for those without feline company, it doesn't have to be a cat food tin,
those small serve tuna tins are a similar size, an extra wrap of wicking material
is all that's needed. :wink:

* A mate with some left over car exhaust wrap is another option
if you don't have a fire blanket handy for the wick.

Also the 'Nestle Fancy Feast slave labour' scandal makes me not want to buy it.
