The problem with memes, particularly internet memes, is they don't elucidate anything.
More importantly, they discourage individuals having meaningful conversations.
My sons answer to this claim of mine is - 'whatever' .

G'day Aztec, Thanks for sharing! (really)
Don't worry , I'm old and it's nearly my bedtime.

Nice photo - of a spot I have visited quite a bit.
But the meme is cute.
I do consider my walking as always pushing boundaries.
Just completed a 3rd solo walk - and it was mighty hard to exit the car as it was rocking in the extreme wind as snow flakes drifted into the car - thinking to myself - "do I really want to do this?"
I am also acutely aware that this meme is for "rich" people.
This doesn't mean you have lots of money - but it does mean you live in suitable circumstances that your daily grind is not survival.
It was sobering to climb Mt Kenya while realising that the young kid who we visited in the slum would probably never get the chance to do it - despite being so close.
He was not "rich" enough for that. All his time is spent on survival.
But he is also alive - possibly in a more vital way than we rich folk are.

I'm an old fart, what is a meme please?

meme
noun
1. an element of a culture or system of behaviour passed from one individual to another by imitation or other non-genetic means.
2. an image, video, piece of text, etc., typically humorous in nature, that is copied and spread rapidly by Internet users, often with slight variations.

Nice.
Have you ever heard Hayley Westenra sing Wuthering Heights? Here it is.
https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=ha ... ORM=VRDGARStill gives me goosebumps hearing it. I've long held a desire to have that playing out across a lake on the central plateau whilst strolling around it at sunset.
One day - might even have a whirl aswell.
