After due and long deliberation I have decided I need the money to pay for new kit.
It is I admit a specialised bag and only good for climbing or the white season so the asking price now reflects this.
I am selling "As-Is" for $250-
It needs a wash but only for cosmetic reasons, there being just a trace of hair oil on the inner lining of the hood.
1250 grams including the storage sack and stuff sack
Bag has been Nikwaxed
This is the standard version using 650FP down but in real terms that only makes it 100 grams heavier than the 900FP version for the same temperature rating.
The temperature rating is a very conservative -4C, if you happen to be a 6 foot tall femme, for males it is closer to -10C /-12C and the survival rating is probably around -25C
Note that this is an Extreme Tulip shaped bag zipperless mummy; sized to allow wearing of down clothing inside.
150 to 180 mm of loft and 60 inches around on the inside of the chest.
Postage will be in a 3 kg satchel for $15-
Stuff sack and storage sack included.
As the original owner I can take it to OnePlanet and have it professionally cleaned and topped up with 100 grams of 800+ FP down at the factory and then it would be better than new AND PROBABLY ANOTHER 8 DEGREES WARMER. The downside to buying this bag is that my name and regimental number appear on the bag on the flouro panel. This however adds only 0.0005 grams to the weight.
Your best value here is to pay $400- and have me take it to One Planets factory and have it refreshed to better than new.
The closest commercial bag to this is currently made by PHD in England and retails for 440- UKPounds which is almost 900- after postage from the UK

Use a long and Extra wide selection for the comparison
The current One Planet comparable sleeping bag is the WinterLite -12 Large, with the Winter Lite being slightly heavier due to using a zipper and that retails for $789-
