It is advertised as a daypack but when you read Philip Werners review you will see it compares to a much larger bag (GG CROWN 60) because of the way Osprey measure their internal volumes.
Carried 12 kgs with winter stuff really well. I expect Phil Werners rating of 14kgs -15kgs to be pretty right. Walking with mainly 10-13 kgs would be super comfy.
The adjustable torso is excellent at getting a tuned fit for your height and the seamless belt fits smoothly on the body.

EDIT pics added-wine bottle for scale -2 one litre cleanse bottles will fit in each pocket if required-I never used the bladder sleeve. As you can see not a mark on it.
