[Wanted Melb/Syd] Insulated gaiters/overboots, pants, jacket

Looking for gaiters with a rand (e.g. supergaiters, berghaus yeti), ideally insulated. To buy (or borrow for a month) and to fit a size 44.5/45 shoe (this would be a XL for berghaus yeti for example).

Also looking for a >=800 loft down jacket and warm fleece/down pants, size S or M. Probably limited to about $200 budget for a jacket and $100 for pants, though negotiable depending on quality
